Applications of Keylocking Threaded Insert
The keylocking threaded insert is a special fastener with internal and external threads, external threads, and four or two pin keys. Insert the pin nut into the bottom hole after tapping, and then press the four keys in to play a strong fastening effect . They are mainly used in military industry, aerospace, railway locomotives, vibration machinery and other products that require high strength of thread.
Advantages of Keylocking Threaded Insert
1. With larger contact surface to the finished product , it can bear strong tensile force.
2. It has strong resistance to vibration and can prevent loosening.
3. There is no gap with the base material, and the base material has good air tightness even if the base material contains air bubbles.
