Production process of Neodymium Bar Magnet

The raw material
The main raw materials of Ndfeb magnets are: rare earth neodymium, rare earth praseodymium, pure iron, aluminum, boron iron alloy and other rare earth raw materials.

Machining tools
There are special slicing machine, wire cutting machine, flat mill, double-sided machine, punching machine, chamfering machine, electroplating equipment.

The process flow
Ndfeb magnet, samarium cobalt magnet, aluminum nickel cobalt magnet, ferrite magnet production process is also different. From the process, there are sintered Ndfeb magnet and bonded NdFEB magnet, we mainly talk about sintered NDFEB magnet.

Batching → melting ingot → powder making → pressing → sintering tempering → magnetic detection → grinding processing → pin cutting processing → electroplating → magnetization → finished product.
